Sumble has managed Human Resource assignments with SNGPL, Union Bank, MCB, Techlogix, Warid Telecom, Tetra Pak, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Lowe & Rauf and Metro Cash & Carry. She has also taught Human Resource Management and Economics at the undergraduate level at Lahore School of Economics.
Sumble has previously been associated with Mercer Human Resource Consulting and has conducted Job Evaluation, Compensation Design, Benchmarking and Grading structure design exercises for several Multinationals as a Lead Consultant. At PEOPLE™ she is leading company’s international business development efforts and various initiatives to forge strategic alliances across the world.
